How to do Payroll taxes payment entry ?

      Hello Alax_Jr,

      If you’re trying to record a tax payment made outside of QuickBooks Online, you can enter them as a prior tax payment.

      Here are some steps:

        1. Click Taxes on the left panel, then select Payroll Tax.


        1. Click Enter Prior Tax History.


        1. Click Add Payment.


        1. Select the Tax Type and Liability Period (the period that the taxes were accrued).


        1. Click Ok.


      Your payroll tax liability will be reduced.
