How do I install QuickBooks on a second computer?

      If you want to install it on the second computer, it will ask you to register QuickBooks on the second computer also. QB will detect your license and product code. If you have purchased only for single user license then the second computer will give you an error when you register QuickBooks.


      You can use it on other computers, however, if you will not register it, you will only have 30 days trial to work on it. Also, if you have single user license, the only way for you to access the company file on the other computer is to do a back up on the first computer then restore it on the other computer.
